ADDITIONAL SERVICE DETAILS
Sunday mornings there's something for everyone, from kids to grandparents. We have classes specifically catered to children from infants all the way up to 5th graders. Our student ministry, The Current, has discipleship classes, in addition to our general discipleship style class.
Our services typically last between 90-120 minutes. You'll enjoy thought-provoking engaging messages from the Bible. Preaching from Ap. Earl Glisson or one of our associate pastors, and on occasion, guest ministers. High-energy & passionate worship music. Fun and interactive teaching for your kids (no matter their ages). Relevant messages for your teenagers and students in our youth ministry The Current. Great coffee and food from DEXIOS Coffee Co. before services.
We consider ourselves an interdenominational church, that means we don't allow ourselves to be restricted to denominational doctrine that could be unscriptural. A lot of our pastors have graduated from Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, which allows us to be closely associated with Word of Faith and Rhema Bible Church. Our mindset though tends to be the following: if God has commanded it in His Word, and we see it as Truth by seeking out the scriptures, we believe it.
Casual, dressed-to-the-nines, it really doesn't matter. What matters is that you come and experience God with us.
Yes! Our worship team, is always full of energy and excited to worship God, and lead us in worship. This isn't what many associate with "church." You won't find hymn books in seat-backs here. We provide words on our projection screens in case you don't know the songs. They maintain a diverse style of songs they learn and write, so don't expect every week to be the same exact style.
We've got three great areas for your kids, whether they are an infant, early elementary, or in that in-between almost a tween. You child will experience a safe, age-appropriate environment with worship, Bible-centered teaching, and interactive activities designed to help Scripture come alive and be applied in everyday life.
Nautilus Jr. is our area for infants-4 year olds. We've got separate classrooms, and excited teachers in each one every week, ready to teach your child a spiritual truth from the Word of God.
Nautilus K1 is for our early elementary aged kids, kindergarten-1st grade and Nautilus for our 2nd-5th graders. Our children's ministry teams bring an exciting message and worship experience catered just for your kids. They always have a blast, but most importantly learn Truths about Jesus and the Kingdom of God.
Our trained team will guide you through check-in and help you find the right room. If your child has sensory needs, we have a dedicated support team available to assist. We also have a comfortable space for nursing mothers. Stop by the Welcome Center or one of our Nautilus rooms and our team will gladly help.
Every Wednesday night during our Adult Midweek service, our teenagers meet in The Current. This is for students 6th grade-seniors in high school. Pastors Chase & Elissa Glisson bring powerful and relevant messages to our teenagers, with passionate worship from The Current's worship team.
Doors open up at 7p to hang out before their service which begins at 7:45p. On Sunday mornings they also have a smaller scale discipleship class at 9:30a that they also host in The Current.
Should you need help finding your way, just stop by the Welcome Center and ask our greeter team.
You may be thinking this is an odd question, but yes! We have a full service cafe, DEXIOS Coffee Co., that is open before and after (excluding our Midweek) our services. They serve all kinds of coffee and espresso drinks, as well as delcious rotating breakfast specials each Sunday. They've got the best coffee in town, so come early to grab a cup or one of their baked goods or specials.
We believe that we’re better when we do life together and we do this through some of our ministry groups, AFC Groups. AFC Groups meet at various times throughout the month and year.
Most of the time, they meet in the community, at restaurants, homes, but sometimes they'll host their event here at the church. To find out more about AFC Groups, you can come and ask our greeter team.
Yes we do! We have American Sign Language interpreters at our 10:30a Sunday service, and our 7:30p Midweek service available for deaf and hard-of-hearing. They are available in our adult services, kids, and youth as well during those times as well as our Sunday morning 9:30a bible study classes. Upon request we also offer Spanish interpreting for those needing assistance.
On Sunday mornings at 9:30a we offer what we call, Anchor Faith Life Classes, for students and adults. Our general adult classes are typically 6 weeks in length and offer a wide range of topics taught, while The Current's for our students, usually run 4 weeks.
Should you be looking for an easy entry point, our class Building the Believer, is designed to show you the foundation for our faith. We cover things like creation, Jesus's teachings, giving money, etc.
If you're looking to grow deeper in your relationship with God, attending these classes are a great next step. You can register for upcoming classes here.
